By downloading, installing, or using the DoctorX mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

All educational post content, templates, frame designs, graphics, logos, and the DoctorX brand are the exclusive property of DoctorX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of your personal information, clinic photos, logos, and details you provide. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you (i.e., creating your personalized frame and combining it with educational posts).
Custom frames created by DoctorX for you remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for personal and professional use on social media.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
DoctorX is a free, ad-supported application. By using the App, you agree that we may display advertisements from Google AdMob and other advertising partners. We may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests. You can control ad personalization through your device settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCTORX, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THE FREE VERSION) OR INR 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoctorX, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoctorX regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
