• Phone Number (when you contact us via WhatsApp)
• Clinic/Hospital Name & Address
• Professional Degree & Qualifications
• Profile Photos & Clinic Logos
• Clinic Tagline, Website URL, and Social Media Links

This information is collected through Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and the details you provide via WhatsApp for frame creation.

b) Automatically Collected Information

When you access the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information (device model, operating system version)
• Advertising ID (for personalized ads via Google AdMob)
• IP Address
• App Usage Data (features used, crash logs, performance data)
• Category preferences selected within the App

c) Images & Media

We collect and store:

• Photos you upload (profile picture, clinic logo)
• Customized frame images you upload
• Educational post images you select for download

These are stored securely on Firebase Storage/Cloudflare.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To create personalized branded frames for your clinic.
• To display educational health posts relevant to your selected categories.
• To combine your profile details with educational posts for downloading.
• To serve advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To communicate with you regarding your account and frame requests.
• To improve our App functionality and user experience.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

1. Google Firebase (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Firebase Storage)

• Google Firebase Firestore (encrypted at rest and in transit)
• Google Firebase Storage (encrypted at rest and in transit)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account via the App's "My Account" section.

Upon account deletion:

• Your profile data is removed from Firestore
• Your uploaded images are deleted from Firebase Storage
• Your authentication credentials are deleted from Firebase Auth
• Some anonymized/aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

7. Your Rights (Under DPDP Act, 2023)

As an Indian user, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Correction: You can update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: You can file complaints about data handling.
